Pre-Owned Lodges For Sale
Here at SBL Caravan Centre we are able to offer a range of both New and Used Lodges for sale. A lodge is typically classed as a large unit that is split in two halves for transport, before being reassembled on site. Sizes can range from 38'x16' to upwards of 40'x20'. Most units will come with double glazing and central heating.
Lodges can be used in a variety of ways: Permanent living solution, overflow accomodation for family and friends, accomodation for workers, office or storage space to name a few.
Delivery and siting is not included in the sale price of the used holiday lodges for sale off site. However, when a sale is agreed we will ask our colleagues in the transport industry to undertake an access check for you. It is important that this is completed before the Lodge is outside the entrance to your land! Once this is done, we will have a better idea of the cost. Typically this cost will be around £3,500 - £5,000.
As with all of our second hand static caravans, we will arrange for the lodge to be gas tested, chassis checked and cleaned (inside and out). Other work can also be carried out where agreed e.g. new carpets/vinyl flooring.
